What does that mean in terms of real estate?
Well in my personal opinion I believe it will bring an influx of buyers in the next few months that are relocating for work....obvious but true!
We've already begun to see a slight increase in the number of homes selling and with prices levelling it's become more of a neutral market that is leaning a little towards buyers!
Buyers don't wait any longer...with more people entering the city and inventory declining, prices WILL increase again
